Damaged goods

CaspianPets takes all complaints concerning defective or damaged products seriously. Please tell us as soon as you know our products are not to the standard you expected or require so that we can resolve it for you. Contact us by email at or by telephone - 01908 465448.

If possible, take a photograph of damaged goods and email us as soon as you can. Any claims which are not notified within 3 days cannot be credited unless they relate to a quality issue or where you, as our customer, could not have been aware of the problem at the time of delivery.

Returns and refunds

We offer a full refundable guarantee for unopened and unused items. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please call or email within 10 days to arrange a return. All goods returned must be unused, in their original packaging and in saleable condition. We will either replace the item or issue a refund. Please note that you are responsible for the return delivery cost.

Cancelling an order

If you wish to cancel an order please contact us requesting a cancellation before your order is dispatched. Orders are usually dispatched by 2 pm the same day or next working day if ordered after 2 pm.
